When I first joined the company, I got more than what I bargained for. 5 bosses. Opportunity to learn 5 great mentors. Through them I learn so much about the business principles which become the strong foundation of Sekar Group I learn so much about life wisdom our chairman, Mr Harry Susilo.

回想刚加盟该公司时，我就意外收获了很多，即公司的五位老板，有机会向这五位伟大导师学习。从他们身上，我学到了许多商业规则，而这些也都成为了实嘉集团坚实发展的基础。同时，从我们董事长Harry Susilo先生那里还学会了更多的人生哲理和处世智慧。

我们董事长Susilo先生曾经说过，一个杰出的领导需要懂历史，因为就像你饮水应该知道水源在哪里一样，需要追本溯源。

When I met chairman Jin Wellhope, he told me that he's a professor in animal science. But I think he is a prof in history. That's when I believe that he's a great leader of a great company.

初见禾丰集团金董事长之时，他告诉我他是一名动物科学专家，然而我更觉得他是一名历史学教授，也就在那时，我更坚信他是一位顶间公司的伟大领袖。

Sekar Group have great foundation business principles. We have been running far we started. It takes two to tango, it also takes a couple of wings to fly. This JV will only bring 2 great companies together but also combine local knowledge, network, experience with strong R&D, innovation stern quality control together. With this new Joint Venture, we can learn to fly.
